Glow up plan
A glow up plan from your face score
Start with a free scan: a face score from 1.00 to 10.00, private and measured, then seven days of practices aimed at the metrics with the most room.
Same face, same score. A measured read — never a roast.

How it works
01
Measure first
A free scan scores your face 1–10 and breaks it into six areas, so the plan starts from evidence instead of guesswork.
02
Get the week
Seven days of small practices, each mapped to one of the six scored areas — no generic list of habits.
03
Rescan and compare
The trend line shows which practices moved the number, and next week's plan shifts toward what worked.
Why most glow up plans go nowhere
A glow up plan pulled off the internet is aimed at nobody. It tells everyone to drink water and fix their sleep, which is fine advice and completely undirected.
Starting from a measurement changes that. If your skin evenness is the weakest of your six metrics, the week goes there — and you can see whether it worked instead of hoping.
Honest about what can and cannot change
Skin, grooming, framing and presentation respond quickly, often within a couple of weeks. Bone structure and symmetry essentially do not, and the plan will not pretend otherwise.
That honesty is what makes the progress readable. When the score rises 0.28 after a fortnight, it is because something you actually changed showed up in the measurement.
Glow up app, looks rating, beauty score — where the plan comes from
A glow up plan built on a guess is just a list of habits. This one is built on your own six metric scores, so the week points at the area with the most room rather than the area that is easiest to write about.
That is also why the score matters more than the label. Beauty score, looks rating, glow up app — the useful part is the measurement underneath, and the rescan that shows whether the week worked.
Questions people ask
Is there a free face score test?
Yes. Your first measured scan is free — the face score out of 10 and all six metrics — and the plan is built from that result.
How is a face score calculated?
Landmarks are measured on your device across symmetry, facial proportion, jaw definition, eye area and skin evenness, then weighted into one 1–10 number that repeats exactly for the same photo.
What is in the glow up plan?
Seven days of small practices mapped to the six scored areas — grooming, skin, sleep, posture, framing — chosen for the metrics where your score has the most room.
How long before a glow up shows in the score?
Skin and grooming changes often register within one to two weeks. Structural metrics like symmetry barely move, which the plan is honest about rather than promising the impossible.
What's a good score out of 10?
Most first scans land between 5.50 and 8.00. The band matters less than the gap between your own six metrics, which is what the plan works on.
Is this the same as a hotness test or attractiveness test?
The scan is identical. The glow up plan is what happens after the score, turning the weakest metric into a week of practices.
Does Hotness roast you?
No. There is no roast mode and no shaming copy anywhere in the app. Every result is written to be honest about where you stand and specific about what would move the number.
Will my score change if I scan again?
Not for the same photo — the measurement is geometry-first, so identical input returns an identical score. Across new photos the number moves only when your lighting, angle or presentation genuinely changes, which is what makes progress readable.
What does it cost?
Your first measured scan and its full breakdown are free, with no card. If you want to keep going, Premium is $4.99 a week or $69.99 a year, with 45 scans a month and no charge per extra scan.
